Background:

  • Customer Services / Customer Success / Account Management – A successful track record in account management, customer success, or customer service management with experience in looking after customers, building relationships, and promoting services.
  • Office Manager – Experience in taking responsibility for the smooth running of office processes and documentation to provide a seamless and efficient customer experience.
  • Property background – Experience as a Social Housing professional with subject matter expertise in Assets, Property Services, Development, or Building Safety.
  • Supply Chain / Merchants – Experience working within the supply chain providing materials, goods, and services to the Housing, Construction, Building Safety, Asset Management, and/or Property services sectors.
  • Construction and Development – Managing customer service, accounts, or administration for construction companies and development.
