Key Responsibilities
- Qualifying new leads that are received by the business through various sources.
- Shadowing ongoing strategy meetings, first meetings/discovery and presentations.
- Dealing with day-to-day administration and handling follow-up tasks such as ensuring client files including Fact Find, adviser meeting notes and associated documents are fully and comprehensively complete.
- Providing holistic financial planning advice to clients in a supervised environment.
- Working collaboratively with support staff to ensure work in progress is completed within the specified timescales and is wholly accurate, guaranteeing clients always receive a high standard of advice and care.
- Assisting and presenting company focus group seminars, providing technical expertise as required.
- Ensuring processes and workflows are followed in line with IFP standards.
- Maintaining your daily task organiser, planning your workload, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Delivering an efficient, friendly, and professional service for all clients, providers, professional partners, and visitors.
- Looking for new business opportunities to enhance your own and IFP’s client base, including working with external professional partners, encouraging client referrals and networking to raise IFP’s brand awareness.
- Working in line with IFP’s CPD scheme.
