We are seeking multiple driven and delivery focussed Civil Engineers to join our growing engineering team on major infrastructure projects, both Contractor and Client side. We welcome applicants from all engineering backgrounds. We are an engineering firm with sharp focus on structured information delivery. We have the accreditations to match major multinational design consultancies and contractors, but the agility of an SME that can make impactful decisions quickly, which our clients value us for.
Active engagement and building of close relationships with Engineering and Design Managers and Construction Teams to ensure project efficiency and success through all design, construction and handover stages.
- Working in close collaboration with the Information and BIM manager to identify engineering resolution.
- Ownership of clash resolution, engineering and interface coordination between stakeholders.
- Manage and coordinate project information across multiple stakeholders and disciplines.
- Audit and review project information to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance.
- Oversee the production and coordination of multi-disciplinary CAD and BIM deliverables.
- Provide advice on adhering to digital engineering strategies and project mobilisation.
- Carry out technical engineering reviews, audits, and assurance of models, drawings, and information containers.
- Support project managers with programme planning, resourcing, and risk mitigation from a digital delivery perspective.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified (Bachelors or Masters) in Civil or Structural Engineering (or similar equivalent).
- Extensive experience on UK infrastructure projects (e.g. rail, highways, water, utilities, energy).
- Engineering experience across any discipline will be considered.
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 19650 and UK BIM best practice.
- Proficiency in relevant tools such as Civil 3D, OpenRoads (or equivalent).
- A willingness to contribute towards innovation and engineering best practice.
- Site experience in the production of construction record will be highly advantageous.
