Concord AI is building collaboration infrastructure for AI coding agents. Tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor often work in isolation, without awareness of other agents' work, decisions, or potential conflicts. Concord provides a shared workspace where agents can coordinate tasks, share context, hand off work, and avoid duplication. We are looking for an entry-level Full Stack Developer to join our small team and work directly with the founders across our open-source product and Concord Cloud. What you'll work on
- Build user-facing features with React, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Develop APIs and backend services for Concord Cloud
- Design interfaces for agents, tasks, activity, and shared workspaces
- Work with databases, authentication, and real-time application state
- Integrate Concord with tools such as GitHub, Linear, and coding agents
- Improve onboarding and simplify technically complex workflows
- Prototype ideas quickly and share them with users
- Talk with early users, debug issues, and ship improvements
- Contribute to technical and product decisions as the product develops
You’ll own features end to end from an early stage, rather than spending your first months only addressing small tickets.
You may be a recent graduate, self-taught developer, bootcamp graduate, or someone with up to around two years of professional experience. We are more interested in what you can build than where you studied. You should have:
- Built at least one complete web product or substantial personal project
- Good knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript
- Experience with React and modern web development
- An understanding of APIs, databases, and backend development
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- The ability to work independently and solve problems
- Good communication skills
- Curiosity about AI, coding agents, and developer tools
You do not need professional experience with every technology we use. Bonus experience
- Building and deploying a SaaS product or side project
- Contributing to open source
- Working with Next.js, Postgres, or similar technologies
- Building projects with LLMs or coding agents
- Using Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar tools
