Overview

A CALL TO ACTION VOLUNTEERS: Dear New Earthers and Resonant Hearts, due to the exciting expansion in manifestation and growth we are happily experiencing, the Application & Development Task team is looking for a Business Systems Analyst. As the Business Systems Analyst, you will report to the Director of Information Technology.

Responsibilities

  • Designing new algorithms to automate business processes
  • Development and functional execution, as well as being passionate about their contribution to the organization
  • Assist in providing direct feedback and consultation with development engineers on problem resolution

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of mobile device development, application solution delivery, ERP (such as SAP), business intelligence, and testing service solutions
  • Basic knowledge of web development tools; familiar with cloud application deployment methods
  • Able to perform in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
  • Passion for technology
  • Eager, quick learner with strong team-work spirit

Technical Experience

  • HTML5
  • CSS3
  • JavaScript/jQuery/JSON
  • PHP5
  • SQL (MySQL)
  • Scala (desired)

Education and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems / Computer Science or equivalent experience; 4 years minimum related experience.

Builds a knowledge base of systems and objectives. Facilitates team meetings effectively, understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
