Traineeship Steps
- Online Training – The first step is completing a selection of professional, accredited and industry recognised IT Support courses by CompTIA, Microsoft and Cisco.

- Official Exams – You will then sit the Cisco CCNA exam to obtain a globally recognised certification.
- IT Technician Placement (£24k-£45k) – You will be placed into an IT Technician role with a starting salary between £24k-£45k. After two years you can progress to a Network Engineer position.
