We are responsible for sourcing and hiring field experts for various fortune 500 companies such as Red Bull and Barclays previously and we are currently working with Metro Bank and Spotify. We primarily work with Software and Cloud Hosted Services organizations as well as Mobile Apps and Service companies. We are looking for qualified individuals that possess a student mentality, love of travel and a drive to succeed.
You will provide professional consulting services working onsite for start-ups, medium and large sized companies. You will be working on large complex projects so you should be comfortable dealing with demanding stakeholders and providing time driven results. Innovation, Collaboration and Passion are the three core values that we look for in all our personnel.
Essential skills required:
- Designing and implementing the systems of the software.
- Load operations by using Extract Transform (ETL Process).
- Developing systems for collecting and processing the data.
- Ability to research new methods for gaining valuable data and improving its quality.
- Developing structured data solutions by using multiple programming languages and tools.
- Developing data architecture that meets the needs of the business.
- Collaborating with other team members, data analysts, and data scientists.
- Mining data from various resources to construct efficient business models.
Soft skills required:
- Developing, maintaining, testing, analysing, and evaluating a company's data.
- Gathering large amounts of data from multiple sources.
- Ensuring data pipelines are scalable, secure, and able to serve multiple users.
- Converting structured, unstructured, and semi-structured data into actionable insights for a business.
Educational Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Maths, IT, statistics or physics related field.
- Entitled to work in the UK with legal work authorization status.
- Willing to travel within the UK as per project/client requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork skills.
