As a Sponsorship Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of our international cybersecurity events. This is a high-impact, consultative sales role ideal for a motivated individual contributor eager to fast-track their career in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment. You\'ll be working directly with senior marketing and sales executives at leading cybersecurity firms to deliver custom event sponsorships and marketing solutions.
What You\'ll Do
- Drive Revenue Growth: Identify, engage, and close sponsorship deals with cybersecurity solution providers for ISMG & QG Media’s global summit and conference portfolio.
- Full-Cycle Sales Execution: Own the entire sales process—from prospecting and outreach to proposal development, negotiation, and close.
- Consultative Selling: Understand clients’ marketing and demand generation goals to craft value-driven sponsorship packages (includes digital marketing, webinars, and private dinners).
- Strategic Prospecting: Use a combination of LinkedIn, cold calls, email outreach, and market research to source and qualify new leads.
- Pipeline & Performance Management: Maintain detailed sales pipeline activity, weekly forecasts, and quarterly sales reports.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with CMOs, VPs of Marketing, Sales, and Demand Generation.
- 2-5 years of B2B sales experience in a quota-carrying role, ideally within cybersecurity ortechnology events industry
- Proven success in new business development, with experience navigating senior-level decision-makers
- Skilled in consultative selling, objection handling, and pipeline management
- Strong communication skills and a driven, proactive mindset
