We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help accelerate IO's growth across EMEA and AMER. At IO, we make the complex world of information security simple, smart, and sustainable. Our all-in-one platform helps organisations around the world build trust, stay secure, and achieve certifications like ISO 27001 with confidence.

But beyond the tech, we're a team of curious, collaborative, and purpose-driven people who genuinely care about doing great work — and having some fun along the way! We're growing fast. Backed by private equity investment and trusted by customers across the UK, Europe, the US, and APAC, we're expanding our team and doubling down on our mission: to set the standard for information security management and deliver compliance confidence through our exceptional people, process, and platform.

If you thrive on challenge, love building relationships, and want to make a real impact in a scaling business with serious momentum, we'd love to meet you.

About the role

You'll play a key role in generating pipeline, progressing opportunities, and winning new customers for a platform that helps organisations simplify information security and compliance. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building relationships, running consultative conversations, and turning interest into revenue in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

What you'll be doing
  • Generate new business opportunities across EMEA and AMER through a mix of inbound and outbound activity.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline — from first outreach and qualification through to deal close.
  • Run discovery calls and tailored product demos that clearly connect IO's platform to customer challenges.
  • Work closely with marketing on campaigns and follow up quickly on inbound leads.
  • Develop strong relationships with prospects and guide them through the buying journey.
  • Support multi-stakeholder sales processes while keeping deals moving forward.
  • Keep CRM records up to date and contribute to accurate pipeline forecasting.
  • Represent IO professionally in conversations, demos, and industry interactions.
What you'll bring
  • Experience in a SaaS sales or business development role.
  • Strong communication skills, with the confidence to engage prospects and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • A proactive, organised approach to work — you take ownership of your pipeline and follow through on opportunities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms to manage leads, track activity, and maintain pipeline visibility.
  • Bonus points if you have experience in information security, compliance, or ISO standards.
Why you'll love it here
  • Be part of something big: Join a fast-growing SaaS company on a mission to make information security simple, smart, and sustainable — with clear opportunities to grow your career as we scale.
  • Earn what you deserve: Enjoy a competitive base salary with an uncapped, performance-driven commission structure that rewards results.
  • Work your way: We offer flexible working and remote options so you can do your best work, wherever you are.
  • Keep developing: Access ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development to help you expand your skills and reach your full potential.
  • Thrive in great company: Collaborate with passionate, supportive colleagues who value ambition, creativity, and having fun while doing meaningful work.

Apply today and be part of something exceptional — we can't wait to meet you.
