We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Events Specialist to join our marketing content team and help bring our ideas, insights, and stories to life across digital channels and in-person experiences. You’ll sit within a small, specialist content team that includes a Head of Content and a Content Marketing Specialist. While you’ll report into the Head of Content, you’ll work day-to-day alongside the Content Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimise content-driven campaigns and events.
This role blends hands-on digital marketing execution with content-led event delivery. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys variety, cares about quality and detail, and is excited by using content to spark conversations, build communities, and create meaningful engagement, both online and in real life.
What you’ll be doing
- Digital Marketing & Content Distribution
- You’ll help ensure our content reaches the right audiences, in the right formats, at the right time. This includes:
- Managing and maintaining website content, ensuring pages are accurate, up to date, and aligned with our messaging and campaigns.
- Creating and executing email marketing activity, including campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, and performance tracking.
- Delivering daily content distribution across community hubs, social channels, and relevant third-party platforms.
- Working with the Content Marketing Specialist to repurpose content (blogs, webinars, reports, podcasts, etc.) into engaging digital formats.
- Monitoring performance and engagement metrics, and helping identify opportunities to improve reach and impact.
- Content-Led Events & Experiences
- You’ll help deliver thoughtful, content-driven event experiences designed to spark discussion and build relationships. This includes:
- Planning and coordinating smaller-scale events such as executive dinners, breakfast briefings, roundtables, and community meet-ups.
- Supporting event content planning, including themes, agendas, speaker coordination, and supporting materials.
- Managing event logistics such as invitations, registrations, communications, vendor management and follow-ups.
- Working with internal teams and external partners to ensure events feel well-curated, purposeful, and on-brand.
- Helping turn events into ongoing content moments through post-event emails, blogs, social content, and insights.
How you’ll work
- Collaborate closely with the Content Marketing Specialist on campaign execution and content distribution.
- Take direction and priorities from the Head of Content while managing your own workload day-to-day.
- Work cross-functionally with colleagues across marketing, sales, and the wider business.
- Balance multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and consistency.
What we’re looking for
- We’re less interested in a perfect checklist and more interested in someone curious, organised, and excited about content-led marketing. Ideally, you’ll have:
- Experience in a digital marketing, content, or events role (B2B experience is a plus).
- Practical experience working with websites, email marketing tools, and social platforms.
- An interest in content, storytelling, and audience engagement.
- Experience supporting or delivering smaller events, meet-ups, or hosted experiences.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Confidence working with digital tools such as CMS platforms, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
- Clear written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
You’ll work in a content-first marketing team where quality and substance matter. You’ll have real ownership and visibility across digital channels and events. You’ll gain exposure to strategic thinking while staying hands-on. You’ll help shape how our content shows up; online, in inboxes, and in rooms full of people. Apply today and be part of something exceptional — we can’t wait to meet you.
