- Create and manage events on the registration platform, ensuring all content (agendas, sponsor details, logos, links) is accurate and up to date, and oversee delegate management including demand, capacity, waitlists, and communications.
- Research and secure venues, managing all associated contracts, administration, and financial processes, coordinating venue logistics and social programming to ensure cost-efficiency, smooth execution, and a high-quality attendee experience.
- Liaise with the ISF sponsorship team to ensure sponsorship packages are delivered accurately and consistently across events and communications, while organising all sponsor logistical requirements onsite to ensure a seamless and positive experience.

- Chapter management and stakeholder engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for Chapter Agents, managing the Chapters inbox, responding to communications in a timely manner and providing cover during team absences.
- Support Chapter Agents with agenda preparation, venue contracting, finance processes, and local logistics, and arrange and chair pre-event and post-event calls, documenting minutes, actions, and key outcomes.
- Collaborate with the wider Chapter group, including inviting ISF Advisory Council Members to preparation meetings and organising internal ISF team logistics.
- Marketing, social and technology
- Support the implementation and delivery of event technology, staying up to date with the latest trends and applications to ensure the best experience for both the business and delegates.
- Collaborate with the Events Director and Marketing Team to develop and execute annual marketing and social media campaigns that drive delegate attendance, engagement, and a strong sense of community.
- Review marketing communications for assigned events and work closely with the marketing team to refine messaging, ensure consistency, and implement timely updates.
- Budget, governance and data management
- Monitor event budgets, sponsorship income, and purchase order requests, ensuring accurate tracking, appropriate allocation, and adherence to agreed financial parameters, while overseeing post-event financial processes including invoicing, payments, and reconciliation.
- Ensure ISF financial, contracting, and governance processes are followed consistently, maintaining compliance across all event activities.
- Work closely with the Events Coordinator to support attendance tracking and feedback processes across all events, ensuring accurate data recording across systems.
- Process oversight and continuous improvement
- Analyse delegate feedback alongside personal observations, producing post-event summary reports for each allocated Chapter and identifying opportunities for improvement, innovation, and best practice.
- Work with Events Director to foster collaboration and cross-promotion between countries, encouraging knowledge sharing and the exchange of ideas to drive continuous improvement and enhance overall quality of the Chapter Event Programme.
- Information security
- Maintain the security of ISF Information assets, as directed by the Information Security Policy, associated policies and the security education, training, and awareness programme.
