Vanquis Bank is seeking a Senior Credit Decision Systems Analyst to shape how credit decisions are designed, tested and delivered across the customer lifecycle, with focus on origination platforms and onboarding journeys.
You will lead development and testing of decisioning strategies, translate policy into scalable system solutions, and produce clear MI and dashboards to drive improvements while balancing risk and regulatory expectations.
