Location: London, Chatham, Bradford, Petersfield
Working Pattern: Hybrid (usually a couple of days a week in the office). We welcome part-time and flexible arrangements and will aim to match your current flexibility where possible.

The Role
As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping solutions that support our Group goals and future strategy. Working across projects and programmes, you will gather, analyse, and manage business requirements throughout the discovery and delivery lifecycle, ensuring solutions meet business needs and deliver value.
Responsibilities
- Discover, analyse, and define business needs, translating them into clear requirements and effective solutions aligned to business objectives.
- Engage and collaborate with stakeholders across the business to gather, validate, and manage business, functional, non‑functional, and data requirements.
- Analyse existing processes, data flows, and reporting capabilities to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, automation, and data quality.
- Support the delivery of change initiatives through process modelling, impact analysis, testing, implementation support, and documentation aligned to governance standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement within the Business Analysis practice, including mentoring colleagues, maintaining quality standards, and developing best practice approaches.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within complex change environments, ideally in a regulated industry.
- Strong experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business and data requirements across the full project delivery lifecycle.
- Good understanding of Business Analysis methodologies and delivery approaches including Agile, Scrum, and/or Prince2.
- Strong data analysis skills, including experience with SQL, data modelling, reporting, and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Snowflake, or ETL platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data and business needs into actionable insights and solutions.
