We are seeking a strategic Sales Operations Project Manager to join the LIONS Sales Operations team, reporting to the Head of Sales Operations. As the central owner of sales process transformation across our commercial teams, this role will lead cross-functional projects that drive improvements in sales execution, optimize our CRM platform in collaboration with development teams, and champion change management efforts to enable successful launches of new revenue streams and brands.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the lead project manager for sales process change initiatives across LIONS commercial teams.
Define project scopes, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with commercial leadership.
Serve as the key liaison between the sales organisation and CRM development team.
Coordinate the delivery of CRM enhancements, including UAT, training, and documentation.
Lead the change management process for integrating new revenue models, sales process, and brand rollouts into the existing commercial framework.
Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to ensure smooth transitions.
Develop and execute training, communications, and support materials to facilitate adoption.
Experience in sales operations, project management, or commercial enablement roles.
Strong background in managing cross-functional projects in fast-paced commercial environments.
Proven experience working with Salesforce.
Excellence in stakeholder management and communication.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Background in change management and process improvement.
