Role Summary: As the PMO Lead you will serve as the delivery assurance cornerstone within Informa's Global Business Services (GBS) function, ensuring workstreams deliver on commitments while supporting strategic initiatives including GBS's response to One Informa and its resulting target operating model evolution. This role enforces accountability, maintains real‑time visibility of delivery status, manages critical dependencies, and drives proactive risk mitigation. The position ensures operational execution meets agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards while providing senior stakeholders with transparent insights into programme health.
