Join LIONS Learning as a Delegate Sales Manager and play a pivotal role in driving growth within the e‐learning industry. This position offers the opportunity to shape the future of marketing education while building meaningful partnerships with brands across diverse sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of brand and agency opportunities for our on‐campus programmes at the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity (Brand Academy, CMO, etc.)
  • Commercially lead on the geographical expansion of our CMO Accelerator programme
  • Support with the commercial plans for the Effie Bootcamp programmes
  • Prospect and qualify new leads across multiple industries and sectors
  • Present cutting‐edge on‐campus courses to marketing specialists
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy
  • Expand the customer base within targeted sectors
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client portfolio
  • Enhance client loyalty and reduce churn through exceptional service delivery
  • Increase repeat business and long‐term partnerships
Strategic Planning & Analysis
  • Provide accurate forecasting of prospects and opportunities
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions
  • Develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Identify and strategise new business opportunities across different sectors
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Present to senior management and industry experts from various backgrounds
  • Collaborate effectively across global time zones
  • Align goals with diverse teams to drive collective success
Qualifications
  • Spanish speaker preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, preferably in e‐learning environments
  • Experience in consultative selling with solution‐focused approaches
  • Background in presenting to senior management and business leaders
  • Understanding of what makes educational content valuable for diverse learners
  • Excellent negotiation and deal‐closing capabilities
  • Analytical thinking and data interpretation skills
  • Strong relationship‐building skills across diverse markets
