This role is based in our 5 Howick Place office. Join LIONS Learning as a Business Development Manager and play a pivotal role in driving growth within the e-learning industry. This position offers the opportunity to shape the future of marketing education while building meaningful partnerships with brands across diverse sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Generation & Growth
    • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of brand partnership opportunities
    • Prospect and qualify new leads across multiple industries and sectors
    • Present cutting-edge e-learning courses to marketing specialists
    • Achieve monthly revenue targets and contribute to overall growth strategy
    • Expand the customer base within targeted sectors
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client portfolio
    • Enhance client loyalty and reduce churn through exceptional service delivery
    • Achieve 85%+ course completion rates through effective client engagement
    • Increase repeat business and long-term partnerships
  • Strategic Planning & Analysis
    • Provide accurate forecasting of prospects and opportunities
    • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions
    • Develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability
    • Identify and strategize new business opportunities across different sectors
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    • Present to senior management and industry experts from various backgrounds
    • Collaborate effectively across global time zones

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, preferably in e-learning environments
