Support the onsite Trophy and Merchandise team during the festival, including running onsite shops and assisting with trophy and stage logistics.
  • Post‑Festival Coordination: Maintain accurate records of trophy and certificate orders and dispatch statuses. Communicate with customers regarding orders and delivery updates. Book couriers, monitor progress reports, and proactively flag any delivery issues. Print award certificates and prepare bespoke documents for recipients. Use a computerized system to manage trophy engravings and assist with batch trophy dispatch (July/August).
