Description: Informa is recruiting a Legal Counsel for a 9-month fixed-term contract to support the Informa Connect division. The successful candidate will serve as a business partner for global B2B event verticals, including Tech, Life Sciences, and Finance. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (vendor agreements, IT agreements, barter agreements, and NDAs), managing agreement templates, providing ad hoc legal support for event-related queries, and advising on intellectual property and trademark portfolio management.
Eligibility: Applicants should have 3 years or more of qualified legal experience (PQE) with a strong background in an in-house legal function. Expertise in commercial law, contract negotiation, and legal risk management is essential. Familiarity with Data Privacy and AI regulations is considered beneficial.
