This role is based in our 240 Blackfriars office. Tech Target are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Analyst to join our Physical Security Technologies research practice. This exciting role offers the opportunity to shape thought leadership in Security Systems Integration and Intruder Alarms & Monitoring service areas while delivering cutting‑edge market intelligence across the broader physical security technology ecosystem. - Strategic Guidance: Translate complex data into actionable insights, clearly articulating the “so what?” for clients.

- Report Writing: Produce detailed reports with clear market outlooks, trends analysis, and strategic recommendations.

- Internal Collaboration: Partner with database teams, customer success managers, and other research practices.
- Industry Networking: Build and maintain a robust network of industry contacts to support research activities.
Qualifications
- Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in the physical security industry.
- Expertise in the following areas is preferred:
- Security systems integration market dynamics.
- Electronic security equipment markets, particularly intruder alarms.
- Commercial monitoring services sector.
- Physical security supply chain and distribution channels.
- Proven market research expertise, including primary research methodologies, forecasting techniques, and competitive analysis.
- Advanced analytical capabilities with strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and approach tasks proactively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver reports and presentations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Business‑level English is required. Additional European language skills are advantageous for regional market coverage.
