Responsibilities

  • Portfolio management: Own the complete lifecycle of Omdia's flagship events, from three‐year strategic planning to day‐of‐event execution.
  • P&L responsibility: Drive revenue growth and profitability across the event portfolio while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Growth opportunities: Identify and assess new market opportunities, event formats, and strategic partnerships that expand our reach.
  • Cross‐functional collaboration: Lead coordination across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, IT, and external vendors.
  • Team development: Build and mentor a high‐performing events team through coaching, performance management, and professional development.
  • Quality delivery: Ensure every event exceeds customer expectations through meticulous planning and flawless execution.
  • Performance optimization: Monitor and improve key metrics including attendance, satisfaction scores, and revenue per attendee.
  • Innovation leadership: Pioneer new event formats and technologies that enhance knowledge transfer and customer engagement.
  • Content curation: Partner with the analyst team to deliver programming that addresses current market challenges and opportunities.
  • Relationship building: Cultivate connections with key customers, prospects, and industry influencers who drive event success.
