We're seeking a Technical Project Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of projects within a designated business domain. Working in close partnership with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Architecture, Engineering, and Business colleagues, you'll drive domain projects and contribute to continuously improving delivery practices. You'll primarily focus within your domain, managing dependencies, producing clear stakeholder reporting, and resolving issues at project level - escalating to your Programme Manager where needed. You'll flex across agile, waterfall, and hybrid approaches as context requires.

Project Delivery Leadership

  • Define delivery plans, milestones, success criteria, and execution plans aligned to user needs
  • Develop business cases; create and maintain cost plans
  • Manage scope, schedule, and budget; monitor progress and initiate corrective action
  • Ensure adherence to agreed methodology and value tracking practices

Agile Facilitation & Scrum Practice

  • Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, demos)
  • Work with Product Managers to ensure epics and user stories are well-articulated and prioritised
  • Track and communicate delivery progress using metrics, weekly reporting, and monthly MBR updates
  • Champion iterative delivery, lean/agile practices, and continuous improvement

Delivery Ownership

  • Lead end-to-end delivery for assigned projects; orchestrate value within feasibility constraints
  • Lead project inceptions and ensure delivery artefacts are maintained and accessible
