Partner with the Commercial Operations Lead to ensure flawless delivery of all Money20/20 Europe sponsorships through streamlined processes and strong stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the General Contractor to orchestrate exhibitor operations, sponsor stands, and feature areas
- Manage floor plan updates throughout the event cycle in coordination with Commercial Operations Lead and Sales Lead
- Maintain accuracy of sponsor portal and exhibitor show sites, promptly implementing changes as needed
- Oversee the sponsor meeting room process from allocation through to onsite delivery
- Coordinate and manage sponsor marketing materials, ensuring precise execution of all onsite signage
- Monitor and respond to the assist inbox and service level targets alongside the Commercial Operations Assistant
- Drive bespoke sponsorship projects, working across internal teams, suppliers, and sponsor representatives
- Support delivery of other Money20/20 global shows as required
