We provide a suite of solutions that connect, inform and unlock potential for people and businesses, covering events, intelligence, training and advisory services. Our five-day Festival in Cannes, France is the meeting place for the global marketing community and a celebration of the world's most excellent and effective work.

LIONS Learning is the lifelong partner for creatives, marketers and strategists looking to supercharge their career. It is a new vertical for LIONS, and one with an exciting potential for growth.

The Learning Executive supports the smooth delivery and continuous improvement of LIONS Learning's in-person Campus programmes, including the Cannes Lions Academies and CMO Accelerator in Cannes and around the world. Working as part of a small, collaborative team and reporting into the Campus Manager, this role focuses on the day-to-day coordination of existing programmes. The Learning Executive will help ensure courses are delivered to a high standard, contribute to curriculum and content updates, and support initiatives designed to improve learner satisfaction, NPS and retention.

This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone organised, proactive and interested in learning operations, education, events or the creative industries.

Key accountabilities

  • Programme delivery support: assist with the coordination and delivery of in-person Campus programmes, ensuring logistics, schedules and materials are prepared and up to date.
  • Content refresh and improvements: support updates to course content and session materials, working with internal teams and speakers to ensure relevance and quality.
  • Learning outcomes: help standardise and maintain clear learning outcomes across programmes, supporting consistency and quality.
  • Speaker operations: working with our Content Operations Manager, coordinate speaker logistics, including briefing materials, schedules, contracts and on-the-ground support.
  • Customer support processes: help standardise and deploy customer service processes across all Campus programmes, ensuring a smooth learner experience before, during and after delivery.
  • Web and course pages: support updates to course landing pages, including copy, structure and basic UX improvements, working with marketing or digital teams where required.
  • Feedback and reporting: support the collection and organisation of learner feedback, contributing to NPS reporting and programme improvements.
  • Team support: provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Campus team, contributing wherever needed to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence working with systems, documents and basic digital tools
  • A practical, detail-oriented approach to tasks and problem-solving
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a small team
  • Interest in learning, events, content or the creative industries
  • A degree or equivalent experience is desirable but not essential
  • Previous experience in an operational, coordination, events, education or customer-facing role is an advantage, but not required

You should have:

  • An interest in learning, education, events or professional development programmes
  • A willingness to learn and contribute in a hands‐on, delivery-focused role
  • Confidence communicating with internal teams and external contributors
  • A collaborative mindset and a positive, can‐do approach
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‐paced environment
