This role is based in our 5 Howick Place Office in London Victoria. As a Divisional Business Readiness Lead for Informa Festivals, your role is to enable readiness and change adoption within your Informa Festival's teams as part of the One Informa transformation. You will advise on and execute against the change management strategy developed by the One Informa Stream teams, guiding business partners across our divisional portfolios to embed new capabilities and ways of working. The role serves as the primary divisional interface with One Informa workstreams.
By leveraging your leadership experience and expertise, you will be the voice of your division as you partner closely with the One Informa Change Team and One Informa leadership on executing against planned interventions. You will have a measurable impact in making it easier for customers to do business with our B2B Market teams and in helping colleagues better deliver those products and services. This position is based within the Informa Festivals division and reports to Paul Coxhill, One Informa Executive lead for Festivals, while maintaining close working relationships with the One Informa teams, divisional leaders, and cross-functional transformation partners.
The role holder will be an effective leader, team player and business partner with the ability to manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders within and outside of Informa and at different levels of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Understand the impacts of One Informa across all teams within your division and translate these into practical business realities for teams and leaders.
- Support the One Informa Change Team in their development of change and readiness plans that reflect your division's priorities and focus on activities that will drive sustainable change and adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate the impact of change on divisional teams, considering your division’s unique context and requirements.
- Lead a divisional business readiness squad that includes business analysts, programme managers and change managers. Coordinate with the in-division squad and the stream teams to effectively land change and deployments to business units within the division.
- Build readiness across business units and track overall divisional progress.
- Develop scalable frameworks for embedding change.
- Play a key role in identifying and managing stakeholders through change activities, enabling leaders to navigate through change whilst they focus on commercial priorities.
- Partner with divisional leadership teams, portfolio and functional leaders, and divisional peers to ensure strategic alignment.
- Provide executive insights and recommendations to guide decision-making.
- Drive adoption of new ways of working, behaviours, and culture.
- Identify adoption challenges and propose scalable solutions to embed change.
- Build change readiness and fitness within each market, assess change impacts and define methods to track, measure and ensure overall operational readiness.
- Establish and track clear KPIs for measuring transformation success and business readiness progress.
- Based on your deep understanding of your division, suggest innovative solutions if adoption challenges arise.
- Proven track record of translating strategic initiatives into practical business applications.
- Experience working within divisional or business unit contexts in complex organisations.
- Ability to deliver clear, concise, and effective communications to a variety of audiences.
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust with executives, management, project teams, and other stakeholders.
- Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, evolving business environments.
- Excellent facilitation and coordination skills for managing divisional stakeholder networks.
