HR Business Partner – FinTech & Tech Weeks Verticals

Informa Festivals marks an exciting new chapter in B2B events, bringing together some of the world\’s most influential creative, technology, and business festivals. We combine prestigious events like Cannes Lions, Black Hat, Money20/20, GDC, and London Tech Week with marketing intelligence platforms and advisory services to deliver impactful experiences and insights.

Our festival-led approach reimagines traditional B2B events, creating immersive experiences that foster innovation and industry progress. Leveraging decades of expertise and Informa\’s global reach, we are shaping the future of business festivals.

This role is based 3 days a week in our Victoria office.

As the HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will act as a strategic partner, collaborating with leaders to address organizational challenges and identify HR opportunities aligned with business objectives.

You will support the FinTech and Tech Weeks verticals and assist the Informa Festivals Central teams, including Video Content, Digital Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Technology.

Working closely with the Head of HR, HR community, and functional leaders, you will help implement our people strategy and drive key initiatives such as target operating model, performance and talent management, succession planning, reward and recognition, employee engagement, organizational development, and change management.

You will advise on HR best practices, manage complex employee relations, and collaborate with HR Shared Services and specialists to deliver a unified HR approach.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with leaders to develop HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Providing expert advice on talent management, performance, organizational effectiveness, change, reward, and employee relations.
  • Driving change initiatives and championing new HR programs.
  • Managing employee relations issues in partnership with legal teams.
  • Ensuring HR processes are followed and properly managed.
  • Coaching managers to handle employee matters effectively.
  • Using people metrics to inform HR actions and priorities.
  • Managing workload efficiently and supporting team members.
  • Mentoring junior HR colleagues and possibly managing others.
