Experteer Overview In this role you will lead a high-impact product organisation within Taylor & Francis, owning the domain model and steering new products to drive commercial growth. You will manage a team of senior product managers, align priorities with business goals, and shape strategy across domains to deliver a differentiated customer experience. This position offers significant influence over product direction, collaboration with executive stakeholders, and opportunities to sponsor pivotal new bets. You will operate at senior leadership level to help F&F advance its mission of advancing knowledge through excellent products. Pay / Benefits
Tasks
- Own and evolve the domain model and its boundaries to align with commercial goals and customer experience
- Lead annual and quarterly product planning, prioritising investments for short-term delivery and long-term positioning
- Manage a twelve-member senior PM team, enabling autonomous decision-making and reducing escalations
- Shape strategically significant new product bets to unlock new revenue streams and markets
- Set standards for problem definition, prioritisation, evidence-based decision making, and outcome measurement
- Foster cross-domain portfolio thinking and alignment to deliver a cohesive customer journey
- Partner with Heads of Engineering to align priorities, architecture, and delivery pace
- Collaborate with commercial leadership to challenge and improve product decisions
- Represent product strategy in senior forums (SLT/ELT) and communicate performance clearly
- Provide career development and performance management for senior individuals in the team
- Protect early-stage initiatives from the existing domain model gravity and ensure decision speed in investments
- Sponsor and oversee the product function to ensure coherence with the company's mission and transformation goals
- Senior product leadership with accountability for a large portfolio and experienced team
- Proven ability to lead high‑performing senior talent
- Track record translating revenue ambition into product strategy with measurable commercial impact
- Deep expertise in domain or platform‑based operating models at scale
- Executive‑level communication skills for SLT/ELT environments
- Strong point of view on excellent product management and raising standards
- Self‑awareness and discipline about ownership boundaries and delegation
