Overview
As Designer at Contagious, you\βll be the creative force behind our visual communications, working within our Creative Services team to deliver standout design across our Intelligence, Advisory, Events and Learning products. Your sharp eye for detail and strong sense of craft will help us produce materials that demand attention, convey clear messages, and strengthen the Contagious brand. You\βll translate creative strategy into compelling communications with originality, clarity and consistency.
What You\βll Do
- Create engaging visual designs across digital and print that maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries
- Design marketing collateral including newsletters, social media assets, and event materials
- Support Content, Advisory and Sales teams with high-quality presentations and branded materials
- Transform complex ideas into simple, striking visuals with strong conceptual foundations
- Provide creative input during campaign planning, shaping ideas from a design perspective
- Collaborate across departments to fulfill design needs throughout Contagious and the wider LIONS Division
- Contribute to brand guidelines, templates and design systems development
- Present multiple design routes with confident rationale
- Prepare final assets correctly for production across channels
- Champion inclusive, representative design reflecting diverse perspectives
What You\βll Bring
- Previous experience in a professional design role
- A portfolio showcasing creative, effective design across digital, print and social channels
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects (desirable)
- PowerPoint expertise for client presentations; Figma experience beneficial
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color and composition
- Ability to develop concept-led design solutions aligned with brand strategy
- Experience working within and evolving established visual identities
- Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Clear communication skills and confidence presenting ideas
- Collaborative, proactive approach with strong creative judgment
- Current knowledge of design trends and the wider creative industry
