Position Overview
As Creative Director for Asia & Europe, you\'ll report to the SVP Brand Experience with support from the global Brand Experience team in London and Singapore. You\'ll work across both regional teams to deliver exceptional, \"unboring\" experiences that maintain Money20/20\'s position as the must-attend event in fintech.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Vision & Experience Design
- Reimagine the entire event journey from pre-show engagement to post-event magic
- Set the creative vision and translate it into executable blueprints for both regions
- Identify innovative concepts that elevate customer experience, driving loyalty and retention
- Create immersive, memorable experiences that reflect Money20/20\'s \"awe, wonder and unboring approach\"
Strategic Leadership
- Collaborate with SVP Brand Experience, SVP Asia, and Chief Growth and Strategy Officer
- Share insights and ideas with the Creative Director, USA to ensure global brand consistency
- Anticipate industry needs before they emerge and transform them into tangible experiences
- Develop blueprints for how each geography executes the vision while respecting regional nuances
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Leverage customer feedback, insights, and analytics to understand and enhance the customer journey
- Use data to inform creative decisions and measure success through revenue, retention, and NPS
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Champion the creative blueprint in collaboration with regional teams and project managers
- Contribute to planning sessions to align execution with product vision and strategy
- Partner with design and operations teams to set experience design blueprints and visual identity
- Work with marketing, content, and commercial teams to ensure alignment with global brand strategy
- Deep understanding of Thai, Southeast Asian, and European cultures
- Operational experience in these regional markets
