Reporting to our Conference Production Manager, as one of our conference producers you’ll play a central role within the company, collaborating across all departments and taking the lead in understanding your markets and developing conference programmes, webinars, and other content for the brands you will be looking after.

The role and responsibilities:

  • Writing engaging copy for conference programmes, webinars, speaker interviews, blog posts, etc.
  • Desk and phone research to identify market trends, hot topics, and new conference opportunities
  • Building relationships with key industry figures and speaker acquisition
  • Cross-functional collaboration with sales and marketing on sponsorship and marketing deliverables
  • Delivery of the event on-site
