About the Role
This role is based in our 5 Howick Place office, where you will join a team of Order to Invoice (OTI) Specialists working within the GBS team. Providing administrative support, ensuring smooth processing of orders and accurate invoicing. This role demands excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks based on business needs and targets.
Key Tasks
- Utilize invoicing systems such as Salesforce, Financialforce
- Conduct thorough accuracy checks on all incoming orders
- Maintain up to date forward bookings by promptly processing orders
- Act as the 'gatekeeper' for booking forms, ensuring 100% accuracy
- Run daily unbilled reports and process any outstanding invoices
- Generate requested credits and rebills as necessary
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and other stakeholders
- Resolve billing issues, such as discrepancies or disputes, by communicating with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Ideally a minimum of 6 months of experience in OTI/Billing
- Keen attention to detail
- Capability to collaborate across teams, working to tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and the team
- Excellent attention to detail and advanced Excel skills with Google sheet experience
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
