This role is based in London and requires you to be in the office 3 days a week. As an Awards Coordinator within the Awards Engagement Team , you will support customers throughout their LIONS Awards journey. Working closely with the Awards Partners and the Head of Awards Engagement , you will help deliver exceptional customer experiences, build meaningful relationships with entrants, and contribute to the team\’s engagement strategies. The Awards are central to the LIONS business, and in this role, you\’ll help preserve and nurture these prestigious benchmarks of creative excellence while guiding customers through the entry process.

Responsibilities

  1. Provide outstanding customer support via phone and email, guiding on entry requirements, category selection, and technical issues for a seamless experience.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their goals and needs to encourage ongoing participation.
  3. Support targeted engagement strategies for key customer segments to increase participation from priority markets and new audiences.
  4. Develop expertise on our entry system, website, and Awards categories and rules to assist customers effectively.
  5. Capture customer insights and feedback to improve the Awards experience continuously.
  6. Manage administrative processes like entry withdrawals, reallocations, and deadline extensions with accuracy.
  7. Assist in training and managing seasonal staff during peak periods before Festivals.
  8. Support on-site coordination during the Festival to enhance customer experience.
  9. Contribute to projects aimed at improving engagement and reducing participation barriers.

  • Clear communicator capable of explaining information effectively.
  • Quick learner of Awards categories and rules, able to communicate them clearly.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, with multitasking skills.

  • Adaptable team player in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent written English and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with digital platforms and eager to learn new systems.
  • Interest in the creative communications industry is beneficial but not essential.
