Informa Group is seeking a Change, Comms and Training Lead for the Buyer Experience (Lead to Cash) workstream on a 24‑month FTC.
You will shape and deliver a comprehensive change strategy across multiple divisions, aligning communications, training and governance with business objectives and ensuring adoption of new processes and ways of working.
You will lead stakeholder engagement, readiness activities and benefits tracking, coaching senior leaders, and embedding change into BAU.
