Informa Festivals is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to ensure data accuracy from post-sale through event delivery. You will manage contracts, sponsorship inventories, and floor plans within Salesforce, and coordinate handovers to fulfillment and delivery teams.
You’ll work across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance and Event Operations to improve revenue operations, reporting and process documentation, while upholding strict data standards in a fast-paced environment.
