As a Senior Product Manager for Customer Value and Product Development at Taylor & Francis, you'll partner with key stakeholders to identify, shape, and deliver valuable product opportunities across the full customer journey. Operating with significant autonomy, you'll work closely with UX Design, UX Research, and Data & Intelligence to drive new value into the market, not as a backlog owner, but as a creative and commercial force. You're a product purist who lives modern principles, stays ahead of technology shifts, and thrives in managing the tension between innovation and execution.
Reporting to the Head of Product, this is a high-performing Individual Contributor role where product mastery and expertise, not hierarchy, drive transformational impact.
- Synthesise signals from qualitative research, behavioural data, market trends, and commercial intelligence to build a compelling case for where T&F should play next.
- Own the commercial framing of new initiatives: define the value proposition, the target customer, the success criteria, and the business case.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Design, Data, Engineering, and Commercial to move new ideas from concept to launch with clarity and momentum.
Customer & Market Intelligence
- Bring the outside in sharing market intelligence, customer stories, and emerging trends with the wider product and leadership team.
- You will have a customer and data driven mindset to drive all your product decisions, eradicating emotion and opinion-based thinking.
