We’re combining prestigious brands like Cannes Lions, Black Hat, Money20/20 and London Tech Week with cutting‑edge marketing intelligence platforms and advisory services to deliver unmissable experiences and insights. Our festival-led approach reimagines traditional B2B events, creating powerful, immersive experiences that drive innovation and industry advancement.

This role will be based in our 5HP, London Victoria office. The Tech Festivals group is seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead and elevate the creative vision across all visual touchpoints of the event. You will be the primary design owner for London Tech Week, responsible for delivering outstanding creative across experiential, digital, and marketing channels. This is a hands‑on, execution‑led role for a versatile designer who can work autonomously, contribute fresh ideas, and act as a brand guardian for an iconic event brand. Experience in live events is advantageous but not essential.

We are looking for a designer with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to translate ideas into polished, high‑impact visuals that perform in the real world. This is a hybrid role, based in our London office at 5 Howick Place and includes on‑site presence during the tech festivals and key production periods. You’ll work closely with Brand, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure all creative output aligns with the brands and creative visions.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the design and delivery of all creative assets for the tech festivals live events, including:
  • Event branding, signage, wayfinding, and environmental graphics
  • Stage visuals, screens, and motion‑led assets in collaboration with our in‑house motion studio
  • Digital assets for web, email, social media, and paid marketing campaigns
  • Own creative execution from concept through to final delivery, ensuring a cohesive and high‑quality attendee experience
  • Brand & Quality Assurance

    • Act as the brand guardian for the respective tech festivals, maintaining consistency and excellence across all print and digital outputs.
    • Provide quality control and final checks across all creative deliverables.
    • Work closely with marketing, content, production, and external partners to manage timelines and ensure seamless delivery.
    • Manage and direct freelance designers, providing clear creative direction and constructive feedback.

    Production & Technical Excellence

    • Prepare final artwork for print and large‑scale production.
    • Manage print production and CMYK file preparation, liaising with suppliers and vendors as required.
    • Design with real‑world environments in mind, including scale, lighting, screen ratios, and on‑site application.

    Creative Development

    • Stay up to date with trends in event design, experiential marketing, and technology‑led experiences.
    • Proactively identify opportunities to elevate the visual impact of the respective tech festivals.

    Qualifications

    • 7+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within events, experiential marketing, or brand‑led environments
    • Print and large‑format design
    • Digital and social assets
    • Event or experiential branding (a bonus)
    • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft PowerPoint
    • Working knowledge of Figma, After Effects or motion design experience is a plus
    • Strong understanding of CMYK workflows, print production, and file preparation
    • Excellent grasp of typography, layout, colour, and visual storytelling
    • Experience designing for physical environments, including large formats and screen‑based outputs
    • Strong organisational, communication, and collaboration skills
    • Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and deliver under tight deadlines
    • Meticulous eye for detail and commitment to high‑quality output
