As our Senior Project Manager - Finance and Technology, you'll be at the forefront of our digital transformation, implementing cutting-edge solutions that will streamline our financial processes worldwide. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading E-Invoicing projects from initiation to completion, managing legislative changes across jurisdictions, overseeing change management, stakeholder engagement, and benefits tracking.
  • Adapting project strategies in alignment with the Sponsor and Tax Global Process Owner.
  • Managing scheduling, preparing materials for SteerCo meetings, and ensuring effective communication across the project and GBS.
  • Engaging stakeholders at all levels, managing third-party contracts, and contributing to continuous improvement within the Programme Management Office.
  • Creating detailed project plans, breaking down activities, managing risks, and ensuring integration across teams.
  • Overseeing delivery, managing cross-functional teams and third parties, maintaining project standards, and facilitating issue resolution.
  • Managing project budgets, tracking costs, and forecasting financials, including invoice receipt and resource timesheet tracking.
  • Setting up and running governance forums, reviewing project status, scope, risks, and actions, and ensuring value from contracts and suppliers.

We are seeking a seasoned project management professional who thrives in a dynamic, global environment. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience managing multiple projects across the full lifecycle, working with complex stakeholders and teams across regions.
  • Proven ability to manage remote cross-functional delivery teams and third-party vendors.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience leading SteerCo or Project Boards.
  • Experience working with finance shared services, implementing legislation/regulation in finance operations, and applying professional project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMP, etc.).
  • Knowledge of change management, stakeholder analysis, and change impact assessments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Advanced skills in financial reasoning, budget management, and MS Office tools.
