The mission of the Product Specialist is to discover, develop and scale a Marketing & Sales data Product for the buyer and seller community, related to the leading events of Informa Markets Latam. You must be able to manage different situations and stakeholders keeping an assertive communication to translate business needs into products. We are looking for someone who is open-minded and non-conformist with the status quo, with a high entrepreneurial mindset, that appreciates work in dynamic and collaborative workplaces. We need someone that is focused on understanding the business and users' issues to create a desirable future and achieve positive impact. You will be challenging and disrupting the business, always looking for the next big thing. You must be a technology and business enthusiast to discover and develop a product roadmap aligned with Informa Markets strategy. Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with managers in planning initiative roadmaps and optimizing resource needs.
- Acting in the implementation and rollout of the product, following all activities to stabilize the product.
- Manage key activities and documents related to the product and act to connect the dots between different areas and stakeholders.
- Lead Go-To-Market Strategy definition aiming conversion, ROI perception and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for product improvement and propose solutions that are aligned with the company's strategy and the best user experience.
- Lead problem resolution and continuous improvement of the solution, identifying key stakeholders, and motivating working groups to improve specific topics.
- Manage stakeholders and areas involved with the project through assertive communication.
- Periodically review existing flows and processes to identify opportunities for improvements and optimization in current products and processes, as well as new opportunities that create real value for our clients and business.
- Conduct market research, user interviews, and testing to deeply understand the needs of customers and local partners.
- Analyse data to understand the impact of delivered products and draw insights for the future of the product.
- Structure analyses, organize findings, and translate requirements into clear and well-structured specifications.
- Write business requirements and detailed, well-structured documentation, including visual artifacts such as flows and charts.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate product and business performance and initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Fluent English proficiency (participation in global team meetings).
- 5+ years of professional experience in product management, continuous discovery, doing research, design thinking, service design, UX/UI.
- Think critically, think big but act small, propose improvements and deliver continuously business insights.
- A high degree of accuracy, proactivity, and attention to detail.
- Good analytics skills and aptitude for data processes.
- Self-organized to prioritize work.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a genuine interest in solving problems and delivering solutions that add value.
- Analytical mindset: Advanced ability to analyze and interpret data for data-driven suggestions and decision-making.
- Process-driven: Ability to work with processes and SLAs, continuously analyzing bottlenecks and seeking improvements.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Availability for in-person work at fairs and events throughout the year.
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours when necessary.
- Availability for national travel.
