Responsible for planning and executing major global events within the Routes portfolio, managing a dedicated team, building relationships with hosts and partners, managing cost budgets, and contributing to operational profit targets.

Location: 125 Deansgate, Manchester (optionally Blackfriars, London).

Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of aviation markets to curate and deliver global events that meet niche customer personas.
  • Drive revenue generation through innovative product development and delivery, ensuring operational profit targets are met.
  • Achieve financial, operational, and customer-oriented event objectives, including profitability, customer experience, brand eminence, and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate on strategic event layout, including floor plans, product offerings, and commercial opportunities.
  • Provide event management and operational insights for future event host destinations, including host visits, venue assessments, and contract advice.
  • Contribute to business direction, event plans, budgets, three-year plans (3YP), and special projects as a member of the leadership team.
