- Client Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base to enhance loyalty, reduce churn, and increase repeat business. Success is reflected in an 85%+ completion rate.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Provide effective, accurate forecasting of prospects and opportunities for YOU and your team.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and industry experts from various backgrounds, to align goals and drive success.
