We have an exciting opportunity for a Paid Search Marketing Manager to join our Performance Marketing Team on a 9 month maternity cover contract basis, to start in August. The main purpose of this role is to take the lead on PPC activity that drives performance and achieves business goals. Sitting within the Digital Delivery, Societies and Propositions Group and reporting into the Senior Paid Search Manager, you will support with owning the strategy and development of brand aligned, ROI maximised, effective, and efficient Display and PPC marketing activity across all regions globally.

You will be responsible for:
- Working with the Senior Paid Search Manager to develop PPC strategies that deliver on key business objectives.
- Overseeing PPC Account Management at every stage of the campaign lifecycle; including planning, set-up, optimisation and reporting.
- Taking full ownership and accountability for delivery of key activity and projects.
- Supporting the Paid Search Marketing Executive to identify areas of improvement and business growth across our PPC campaigns.
- Taking ownership of delivering performance insights and managing relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Leading on collaboration with Regional teams, Marketing Analytics team, Workflow Managers, and others to ensure campaign strategy and spend plans are fully optimised and drive the best possible conversions and maximise ROI.
- Keeping up to date with the latest developments and trends across all facets of PPC in order to expand subject matter expertise for paid search marketing across T&F.
- Managing brief completion workflow, work priority and timings within agreed parameters with and in close cooperation with workflow process managers.
Location: The successful candidate will be able to utilise our balanced working model. We ask that candidates live within a commutable distance of our Milton Park office in Oxfordshire to ensure that as a balanced worker they can make it to our office locations to collaborate as required. There is an expectation for a minimum of 3 days per week in-person time.
Qualifications:
- Self-starter – keen to learn, develop and take on new challenges.
- Experience with Google Ads (and preferably GA4) is a must.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking, able to analyse data and make data-driven proposals.
- Ability to self-manage and keep track of multiple projects with excellent time management skills; experience of working to deadlines and prioritising tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
- Collaborative and emotionally intelligent; capable of building effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
