Join LIONS Learning as a Delegate Sales Manager and take the lead in expanding our global footprint. Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation & Growth: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of brand and agency opportunities for on-campus programs at the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity (e.g., Brand Academy, CMO Accelerator). Lead the commercial expansion of the CMO Accelerator program into new geographical markets. Support the commercial strategy for the Effie Bootcamp programs. Prospect and qualify new leads across multiple industries and sectors. Present innovative on-campus courses to marketing specialists. Achieve monthly revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy. Expand the customer base within targeted sectors.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients. Deliver exceptional service to enhance client loyalty and reduce churn. Drive repeat business and foster long-term partnerships.
- Strategic Planning & Analysis: Provide accurate forecasting of prospects and opportunities. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions. Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability. Identify and strategize new business opportunities across different sectors.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Present to senior management and industry experts from various backgrounds. Collaborate effectively across global time zones. Align goals with diverse teams to drive collective success.
Qualifications Experience & Background: Proven track record of achieving sales targets, ideally in a delegate sales role. Experience in consultative selling with a solution-focused approach. Skilled in presenting to senior management and business leaders. Understanding of what makes educational content valuable for diverse learners. Excellent negotiation and deal-closing capabilities. Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills. Exceptional relationship-building skills across diverse markets.
