This role is based in our London, Blackfriars office. As our Transformation Programme Manager you will support the delivery of Transformation Programmes within the Transformation Management Office (TMO), focusing on tactical and strategic execution, stakeholder enablement, and successful implementation of transformational initiatives. Current programmes include fulfilment and Finance enablement, building resilience by implementing tactical solutions and enablement of readiness for larger-scale CRM and ERP functionality implementations as a future state.

Key Responsibilities

  • Programme Delivery Support: Serve as a key delivery resource for Transformation Programmes, ensuring tactical execution aligns with strategic programme requirements and outcomes. Support the Transformation Director and senior Transformation leadership in coordinating delivery activities across the transformation portfolio.
  • Tools and Systems Implementation Delivery: Apply hands-on experience in delivering system implementations across multiple user groups and international locations. Support configuration, testing, training, and deployment activities to ensure successful system adoption.
  • Transformational Change Enablement: Enable transformation initiatives with a focus on people change, learning, and user adoption. Support the design and delivery of change enablement activities, including training programmes, communication plans, and adoption strategies.
  • Dependency Coordination: Work closely with programme peers and the Transformation Director to identify, track, and resolve dependencies across workstreams. Support integration activities to ensure seamless delivery across the transformation portfolio.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, including business leaders, subject matter experts, and end users. Facilitate stakeholder workshops and working sessions to gather requirements, validate solutions, and drive decision-making.
  • Tactical Execution & Programme Support: Execute day-to-day programme activities, including planning, tracking, and reporting on deliverables. Support the Transformation Director in maintaining strategic alignment while ensuring tactical delivery excellence.
  • Process & Structure Implementation: Implement programme processes, tools, and rhythms to bring structure to complex delivery environments. Support the establishment of governance frameworks, reporting cadences, and decision-making forums.
  • Team Enablement: Support the development of collaborative, self-organising team practices within programme workstreams. Facilitate team ceremonies, retrospectives, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Continuous Improvement & Adaptation: Support regular programme evaluations, health checks, and lessons learned sessions. Gather feedback from stakeholders and teams to identify opportunities for course correction.

Essential

  • 3+ years of experience in a Programme Delivery, Transformation Manager, or similar transformation delivery role.
  • Hands-on experience supporting ERP or CRM system implementations across multiple user groups and international locations.
  • Experience delivering complex transformation programmes involving people change and adoption activities.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, editorial, product, and technical teams.
  • Strong facilitation and coordination skills, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations.
  • Practical experience applying Agile methodologies, tools, and ceremonies in programme delivery contexts.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage diverse professional profiles and senior stakeholders.

Desirable

  • Familiarity with ADKAR or similar change management frameworks.
  • Experience working in media, publishing, events, or B2B information services environments.
  • Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Practitioner).
