The predicted salary is between 22050 - 26950 £ per year.
The Data Entry Administrator will be a strong team player, with a keen eye for detail. Using IGM’s platform, the successful candidate will accurately publish and record real-time updates on bond issues - from initial announcement through to final pricing, and market reception. This will be supplemented by undertaking related database maintenance.
Other aspects of the Data Entry Administrator role include using IGM’s historical data, proprietary metrics, and the Microsoft Office suite to create various daily and weekly reports for IGM’s credit clients. You will also work with senior members of the credit team on the production of additional content initiatives as necessary. You should be highly detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and willing to learn. You should work well within a team as well as independently and be strongly motivated to shape your working experience and career inside our dynamic team. While knowledge of financial markets may be an advantage, it is not a requirement, and you will be provided with all the necessary training and tools to succeed in the role.
Responsibilities:
- Fast, accurate publishing of new bond terms and conditions and other public debt capital markets announcements, to a set format
- Validate, source, and circulate details on new bond issuance, including specifics on pricing, demand and distribution
- Record deal terms acquired from source documents and contacts into a database
- Contribute to the production of IGM’s credit reports and other credit initiatives during the European time zone
- Source and share information/content across other desks within the credit suite where required
- Develop and maintain a deep regional contact base
- Database maintenance, including scheduled and ad hoc backfilling projects
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of data entry experience (preferred)
- Excellent written and spoken command of the English language
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Flexible and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to cultivate relationships both internally and externally
- Strong time management skills
- A team player
