Operations ManagerMid Ulster£50-60k INFORM3 are working alongside an established company in Mid Ulster who are recruiting for an Operations Manager who can contribute to the day-to-day running of the business, oversee operational activity and help to create an effective and efficient workplace environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fast-paced operations management role in the construction sector, and although not essential experience within the residential or social housing sector would be highly advantageous. Responsibilities Liaise with the Directors to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals Plan and monitor the day-to-day running to ensure smooth progress Regularly evaluate the efficiency of business procedures according to organisational objectives and apply improvements Formulate policies and promote their implementation Manage relationships and agreements with external partners Manage the trades and labour on site Requirements 5+ years relevant experience in a similar operations management role within the construction sector Experience within the Social Housing sector desirable Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and ambiguous problems Ability to communicate effectively at all levels across the business Ability to act on own initiative and take a creative, innovative approach as well as working as a team Exceptional communication skills For any more information on the role please contact Steve on INFORM3 Recruitment is an equal opportunities employer.
