INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor: Job Title – Office Administrator Job Location- Portadown Salary – £15k + Hours – 20 – 25 pw About the Company Working with a reputable Construction Company who have established themselves in both the UK and Irish construction Markets. This role will be full time in the Portadown office. The role does not require construction experience; however, applicants must have a minimum of 2 years experience working in an office environment. Office Administrator duties and responsibilities arrange appointments with tenants by telephone, followed by written correspondence advising tenants of intended works and planned start dates The ability to deal with tenant complaints and dealing with them in a professional and timely manner Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and guests Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages Organising meetings, scheduling appointments and overseeing catering during company events Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information Assist other members of the team in typing out Formal Letters as required Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations Creating travel itineraries for business executives, employees and company events Requirements Experience in a construction environment would be beneficial but not essential Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years experience in an Office Administrator role Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word and Teams Must be able to work independently to complete allocated tasks on time For any additional information on the role, please contact David Bridges at Inform3 Recruitment.
