INFORM3 RECRUITMENT Civil Engineer Job Location: Fermanagh Sector: Civils INFORM3 have an excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Civil Engineer to join a well-established civil engineering contractor delivering a range of infrastructure and construction projects across Fermanagh and the surrounding areas. This is a hands-on role offering long-term career progression, working alongside an experienced team to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Civil Engineer Responsibilities Manage and supervise civil engineering works from commencement through to completion. Set out works and ensure all construction activities are delivered in accordance with drawings and specifications. Monitor project progress and assist with planning to ensure programme milestones are achieved. Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers to maintain efficient site operations. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, measurements, and as-built information. Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure effective communication throughout the project. Assist with procurement, material scheduling, and resource planning. Identify and resolve technical issues as they arise on site. Support the commercial team with measurements and project reporting where required. Civil Engineer Requirements Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years' experience in a civil engineering role. Strong setting out experience using GPS and Total Station equipment. Good knowledge of construction methods, specifications, and engineering drawings. Experience working on infrastructure, utilities, road, drainage, or groundworks projects. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Full UK/Irish driving licence. Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD experience is advantageous. Excellent salary and package available to the right candidate.
