Quantity Surveyor Lisburn £45-55K INFORM3 Recruitment is actively recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor for our client in the Lisburn area. As the QS you will ensure the project adheres to its budgets and remains value for money on a project-by-project basis. To be successful in the role you will ideally be degree certified in a relevant subject, with at least 5 years commercial experience performing in a similar role within the construction sector. Take ownership of quantity surveying duties for assigned projects Preparing budget estimates/cost plans Preparing bills of quantities To ensure the timely submission of all relevant data required To assist the Construction Manager with other required duties Preparing costs for variations Producing monthly valuations Qualifications, skills and experience: 5+ years of Quantity Surveying experience in the Construction Sector BSc in Quantity Surveying, similar level degree or vocational qualification A high level of negotiation skills.
