Salary – £50k – £60k plus package
About the Company
Working with a very reputable company who specialise in delivering commercial new builds and refurbishments of listed buildings to Northern Ireland.
They are also working on numerous public works contracts and one-off residential builds.
The Role
- Lead and deliver construction projects with precision, ensuring 95% on-time completion.
- Take charge of budgets, costs, and procurement, keeping cost variance below 5%.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring 90%+ satisfaction rates.
- Oversee quality assurance and compliance, keeping safety at the forefront.
- Manage teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to keep projects running smoothly.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to site managers and junior staff.
Requirements
- A Degree in Construction Management or similar.
- A minimum of 3 years proven experience with a Main Contractor.
- Engineering background is desirable.
- Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
