About the Company: Our client here at Inform3 are currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to join their experienced Engineering department. This job involves researching, designing, developing, testing, and improving electronic systems and components. Key responsibilities include creating technical diagrams using CAD software, conducting circuit analysis, PLCs, ensuring safety compliance, producing technical documentation, and collaborating with other teams.

Duties Include:
- Developing innovative solutions from concept design to installation to support the manufacturing plant.
- Collaboration on automation projects and developing in-house applications to improve business efficiency and troubleshooting on issues.
- Conduct research and design new electronic systems and circuitry.
- Create technical diagrams, manuals, and reports using CAD software.
- Test prototypes and assemblies, analyse data, and troubleshoot faults.
- Service and repair electronic systems, and upgrade existing components.
- Ensure products meet safety and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project lifecycles, meet deadlines, and adhere to budgets.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including customers, manufacturing, and suppliers.
Essential Criteria:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ electronics experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
- A good knowledge of PLCs and control systems and Visual basic programming for front end controls.
- Be able to deliver on your KPIs, strong project management and organisational skills and enjoy the challenge of problem solving and thinking outside the box.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
